Address Labels
The postcards are set up to fit a 1"x2 5/8" label. If you have a larger label please advise us so we can re-design the card to fit.
Are there additional charges for typesetting and design?
No. Everything is included in the package price.
Can I make changes to the postcard/flyer?
Yes. A pre-production proof will be e-mailed for each order. Advise of ANY changes, additions,and deletions (including typographical errors). Your order will be printed from this information. We are not responsible for errors after the approval.
Can I order quantities larger than listed in your price list?
Absolutely. Simply email us at info@marketingflyers.com and we will provide you with a custom quote.
Can you address and mail my postcards?
Yes, if you provide us with a database of names. The names can be digitally printed on your postcards. A nominal fee of $5.00 per database will be charged for this service. We can mail your postcards for the cost of postage and a nominal handling fee.
Can you design custom materials to meet my specific needs?
Yes. Our designers look forward to customizing marketing materials allowing your properties to stand out from other listings. Call our office for more information.
Does the price of the post cards include postage?
No. Postage required is additional and not included with your order.
How do I customize my postcard?
Simply order your card of choice online. Complete the order form and upload your images. This information is for typesetting purposes only and you will not see your proof immediately. We will custom design your card with the information you provide and email you a proof prior to printing.
My images won't upload and I can't continue.
Your images may be too large and the server may have timed out. If this happens, please remove the images and simply email them directly to info@marketingflyers.com. After removing the images you should be able to continue with your order.
My credit card says AVS mismatch
Please make sure you put the correct address under Billing Information. This is the address where you receive your credit card bill (generally your home). There is a different area for shipping information.
What size are the postcards?
The regular size postcard is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and qualifies for a .27 stamp(postcard rate). The Jumbo cards are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and require a first class .42 rate stamp.
When can I expect delivery of my marketing materials?
You can expect an email proof of your order within 12-24 hours of placing your order. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail immediately after we receive your approval with changes.
